We are increasingly asked to advise and support our clients in the challenging and important task of evaluating programme effectiveness. There are a number of approaches that we can offer and the choice depends on client objectives and willingness to invest in what is always a challenging process. It is however, a process which creates a positive mindset among all those involved.
