One of MTP’s main areas of competitive advantage is the ability and experience to develop case studies that match the quality and depth of business school equivalents but are tailored to the needs of each client.
During the development process, we will discuss whether ‘green-fields’ case studies are required or whether an adaptation of an available MTP case is preferable. This will depend on course objectives, for instance whether the focus is on broad business issues and external influences or on specific company terminology and processes.
We recognise that major organisations use their own financial and business terminology and have specific decision making processes. Our case studies and simulations can be built to reflect these, ensuring that participants can take their learnings straight back the workplace.
Most case studies are subject to confidentiality agreements but we can show generic examples. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for examples.
