Self-driven learning

Self-driven learning has has been an increasing feature of our work since our formation.

Our material can be ‘stand alone’ but is normally part of a blended programme.

Our books are in the form of business novels or practical ‘easy to read’ texts in Q&A format, available in both electronic and paper formats. We have produced uniquely tailored versions of these books for clients such as Barclays and Unilever.

Over the past few years we have developed Interactive Podcasts using Adobe Presenter. A combination of presentations, video and polls lasting up to 20 minutes, this interactive format allows the particpant to complete the learning piece in their own time and uses reinforcement questions to ensure the content is understood.
