An increase in online delivery has been the major trend in our business in recent years as the savings on travel and accommodation are significant.

More and more of our global clients are taking this route – Unilever have recently moved some of their programmes from face-to-face to a blended solution and we have recently developed a Business Partnering programme for Shell which is entirely virtual. Courses are normally modular with separate sessions of between one and four hours.

Our design and delivery expertise enables us to recreate most of the interactive features of a face-to-face course, with participants able to work in groups within virtual breakout rooms.

Learning methods include quizzes, case studies, discussions and role-play exercises. We can also run Business Simulations on-line, with groups competing against each other – as we do with Unilever’s Business Challenge programme. Participants join break-out groups and have private on-line ‘chat’ sessions.

We have delivered virtual learning through all the major platforms; Cisco WebEx, MS Live Meeting, Adobe Connect™ and HP Virtual Classroom. We have our own ‘Virtual Classroom’ but can use our clients’ facility if preferred.

The flexibility of virtual classrooms allows MTP facilitators to deliver programmes online to participants across many different locations, countries and time zones.

Our Business Effectiveness Network offers HR and Learning professionals the opportunity to trial virtual programmes; contact us to arrange a demonstration.
