Virtual-Learning

MTP first started designing and delivering virtual programmes back in 2006. Since then virtual classroom technology has evolved to offer a true alternative to the traditional face to face approach.

MTP’s design and delivery expertise enables us to recreate the interactive elements of face-to face programmes, and the benefits these bring, in a virtual environment.

Participants are able to work in virtual breakout groups to share knowledge and complete business tasks. Learning methods can include quizzes, case studies, discussions and role-play exercises. We also offer virtual Business Simulations, with groups competing against each other, as we have done with Unilever’s Business Challenge programme.

We design and deliver entirely virtual programmes across all our Finance and Business subject areas. The flexibility of virtual classrooms allows programmes to reach participants across many different locations, countries and time zones.

These virtual courses are normally modular with separate sessions of between one and four hours for such as a Business Partnering programme for Shell.

Our tutors are able to deliver virtual learning modules and programmes through all the major platforms, for example; Cisco WebEx, MS Live Meeting, Adobe Connect™ and HP Virtual Classroom.

Our Business Effectiveness Network offers HR and Learning professionals the opportunity to trial virtual programmes; contact us to arrange a demonstration.

The majority of our courses to global clients now have a virtual element – you can read more about our Blended Programmes here.
