Anne has more than 20 years career experience in HR and Leadership Development roles at organisations such as The Arup Partnership, Jaguar Land Rover and Carillion. This has given her a wealth of experience and clarity on what it takes to be a Leader and Manager accountable for attracting, developing, motivating and retaining employees in complex global structures.

Her roles and experience means she has the full range of people management skills; employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, industrial relations, TUPE, employee engagement and change management required in her role as Associate at MTP.

With a natural interest and passion for what makes people tick, Anne is certified and proficient in many psychometric and behaviour tools and is one of the UK’s few certified Master Coaches. She has run numerous Leadership skills Programs for FTSE listed companies and her first book ‘Empowered! How to change your life in your coffee break’ was an Amazon best seller in 2014 and has been nominated for a Small Business Book Award in the Motivation category.

Since 2010 Anne has run a successful private consultancy coaching executives and leaders across the globe in motivation and leadership strategy. She was awarded the Executive Coach of the Year 2011 by the Association of Coaches, Trainers and Consultants.
