Mitch began his career in the financial services sector working for Prudential. After developing practical experience in sales management he moved into sales training, joining Prudential’s team of management consultants designing tailored development support programmes for senior managers and their teams.
On leaving Prudential, Mitch worked as an independent consultant with a range of clients to develop creative solutions to a variety of organisational and behavioural change initiatives, including work at the Praxis Centre at Cranfield University School of Management. He is an associate of MTP and has, during the last few years, worked on tailored sales, people and change management programmes for, among others, AkzoNobel, Huntsman, Pearson, Rolls-Royce and Unilever.
Mitch has a Masters degree in Organisational and Management Development and is licensed to use a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, SDI, TMS and FIRO B. He is also a holder of an NLP Practitioners certificate.
